We collaborate with you to identify strengths and highlight needs by using modern approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and classic approaches like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support you while you gain new skills and overcome barriers.
